The Information Age is coming to an end. A major societal change is approaching. Value is shifting from information, to attention—from rote computation, to critical thinking and creativity. With the proliferation of computers and machines throughout every aspect of life, it is necessary now more than ever to develop disciplines of the mind. The rise of artificial intelligence is increasing the need for people to hone their innate human skills.

Two decades from now the world will look vastly different than it does now. The need for strong leadership is more potent now than ever before.
